What I want you
to know about me

My background

Born in Adana, Turkey, I immigrated to the United States in 1987 and became a naturalized citizen in 1993—a journey marked by grit, grace, and a relentless desire to create impact.

I hold a Master of Science in Public and Human Service Administration and have spent decades at the intersection of leadership, transformation, and service.

My leadership spans sectors and systems, but the throughline has always been purpose. I’m here to serve boldly, lead wisely, and create spaces where people, animals, and missions thrive

My philosophy

Midlife is not a crisis. It’s the moment after you’ve lived the life they told you to build, the life
that made sense, made others proud, and often came at the cost of your own becoming.

But at midlife, something stirs. A whisper. A longing. A knowing. The realization that you’ve earned the right, not just to reflect, but to reclaim, to finally build the life you want.

The one that lights you up. The one you were meant to live all along.

I believe this season isn’t about reinvention. It’s about return. Not to who you were, but to who you are. Because every woman carries a truth worth honoring, a voice worth using, and a life of her own, worth living - fully, freely, and without apology.

Through my writing, I bring a mirror, a map, and a megaphone.

A mirror to see yourself clearly.
A map to navigate your next chapter.
And a megaphone to amplify the truth you have carried quietly for far too long.

Most of all, I offer an invitation,
An invitation to radical defiance:
To stop self-abandoning and

Begin living the second half of your life on your own terms.

My approach

Everything I do is rooted in intention and elevation.

Whether I’m leading an organization, stewarding major donors, or exploring how to redefine and reimagine midlife, I bring both strategy and soul.

Presence and perspective. Audacity and empathy.

I try to ask the right questions. I make space to live in those questions before I seek answers.  I act in alignment with vision, not ego. I don’t do performance; I do transformation. I lead transparently, decisively, and with deep emotional intelligence, because that’s how trust is built, and momentum is made.

My life lessons

I’ve learned this the hard way: waiting is the most dangerous habit a woman can develop.

Waiting for permission. Waiting for clarity. Waiting for the “right” time. But life doesn’t wait. So why should we?

I’ve learned that reimagining a life at midlife doesn’t require destruction. I can honor everything I've built and still crave something more. I can evolve without apology.

When a woman trusts herself and chooses what SHE WANTS, she becomes absolutely unstoppable.

I know, because I’ve reimagined my life more than once. And I am still doing it.

And I can tell you this: not only is it possible—
it’s the most soul-satisfying victory there is.
